How To Be Happy On Valentines Day.

I know that many people feel alone, unloved and upset on Valentines Day, and I’m here to tell you that that is okay. You are allowed to feel whatever you like, and if that isn’t good all of the time, nobody’s going to blame you.

However, I would urge you to look outside of your own self pity and just enjoy the day. Today I have been out and about in town, and it was wonderful. I went with the bestie, because we don’t have any significant others, and the amount of couples we saw was staggering. It was adorable- young people, the elderly, middle  agers, they were all having a wonderful day full of love. Love is everywhere, on this day in particular, and it is great to see so many people embrace that.

So, today, instead of focusing on yourself if you don’t have plans, head outside and revel in all of the love. Soak it up, take it in and feel good! It really doesn’t take much. Or, like me, you can spend that day with friends, stay in and watch Disney movies. All I can say is embrace the love and make the day work for you.

And, if you still don’t feel great, just know that I am always here to put in a good word for you.
